Solon Quinn Studios was thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Syracuse’s Police Department, and help them spread the word about their current recruitment period.  The Syracuse Police Department plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the community. However, like many police departments across the country, they face a challenge in attracting new recruits. The department recognized the need to reach out to potential candidates in a more effective way and reached out to us to help them develop a recruitment campaign that would resonate with a wider range of individuals.

To ensure the department’s message reached as many people as possible, we created a range of design assets, including billboards, social media ads, and print ads. Our team worked closely with the department to understand their needs and develop assets that would resonate with potential candidates.

One of the key elements of our design assets was the use of our own photography. The use of our own photography allowed us to showcase the diversity of the department. We made a conscious effort to feature officers from different backgrounds and walks of life, to communicate the message that the department values diversity and inclusivity. This is an important message to convey, as it helps to ensure that individuals from all backgrounds feel welcome to apply for a position with the department. We wanted to capture the essence of what it means to work with the Syracuse Police Department.

Our team also put a great deal of thought into the messaging for the recruitment campaign.  Our messaging was carefully crafted to be both informative and compelling, with the goal of encouraging more people to consider a career with the Syracuse Police Department.

Overall, we are incredibly proud of the design assets we created for the Syracuse Police Department’s recruitment campaign. We believe that our work will help the department attract a wider range of candidates and showcase the many benefits of working with the department.
